Then there's some chicks named Spoil'd Rotten who've cut an "answer" to your boyz...download that and look at their photos (if you dare) right chea... Apparently there aren't too many variations on the hook's lyrics coming from the Strip-Hop rappers, Spoil'd Rotten's dirty version says "wait til you see my clit" while their clean version says "wait til you see my lips". Something in there as well about making the Twinz pay for it... There were rumours that this "answer record" came from Kelis, but they were unfounded. For posterity, check this blurb from SOHH.COM, "Free gets nasty with Twins. Free always warns 106 & Park Freestyle Friday contestants to abstain from cursing and using sexually explicit lyrics during battle, but she sure doesn't practice what she preaches on the Ying Yang Twins' "Wait"(Whisper Song) remix [listen: hi/lo]. On the track, which also features Busta Rhymes, Lil Scrappy and Missy Elliot, Free borrows the twin's whisper flow and blasts a hole into her PG-13 image when she offers, "I got a nice little … and my ass poke out / automatically I can ride a… no doubt/I'm known for getting all the haters mad / I can go slow but go crazy fast/ I give amazing head / Backside a little softer than a baby's ass / And that's wild soft / I let a rich ni99a hit it on his golf course.
Not to be outdone, West Palm Beach femcees, Spoil'd Rotten recently dropped their own solo version of the "Whisper Song." Mistaken by many (including SoHH.com) to be Kelis, the indie duo signed to Breakin' Bread Entertainment get XXX-rated with lines like, "If you want me to get in your bed / You can lick it while I grab on your dreads / If you like to fuck / Well I like to put my legs up / Let you lick all in my butt." Spoil'd Rotten switches up the Ying Yang's chorus by offering, "Wait till you taste my clit" moments before instructing to "Eat the pu$$y up." The hook is then followed with a series or orgasmic moans. Believe it or not, SR takes it up a few notches on the second verse. Building on the oral sex theme, one of them woman requests, "Just eat this cat like a dog / Don't stop till you hear me go awwww and oohhhh!."
So the problem is that none of the women recording these so-called "answer tracks" are NOT dissing the Twinz! They're co-signing the date-rape raps with their own brand of Hoe-Hop! I'm WAITING til I hear a real female MC drop some karma on they ass. Where ya'll at?
In other Ying Yang news, according to MTV, they'll be getting their own "reality" show wherein a stranger will become their roommate. This brings up a convo I had with my best friend in the wash-house the other day. If you HAD to get with one of the Ying Yang Twinz, HAD TO, like if you didn't you'd spontaneously combust or some shit - which one would you choose? We both chose the bald one.
I'm never too shocked by the outrageous things folks say to justify their dirty music and business, but this one really take a lot of cake... "People think that just because we speak about those women in that manner, it must mean that we disrespecting them. I mean with Heather Hunter and Gloria Velez making records, and former strippers Eve and Jacki-O rhyming, no wonder the wires are crossed when it comes to feminism and empowerment within Hip Hop.

The Ying Yang Twins just need to stop. They are always trying to justify their ignorance. And Free is sitting herself up and back. It's bad enough she was pretty wack on that Fighting Temptations song now she bragging about giving incredible head. I have thought of doing a response track but honestly, I don't even know where to begin. The ying Yang Twins were recently in the Twin Cities for the "high school summer jam" They headlined. I don't understand what the hell is going on.
At this point, if I were to write a response record it just might end up violent and I'm not trying to perpetuate that shit either.
Besides, I can't even listen to the damn song long enough to even catch all the lyrics.

I feel U. Especially about the violence. But that's the point, in essence, the song alludes to date-rape, or worse, club-rape. The song is on your MTV, BET, Clear Channel and Radio One, all day. The youth them are being pummeled with aural images of this shit, "walkin round the club with your thumb in your mouth, take your thumb out, put my dick in your mouth". WHAT!!??
So the answer record, in my mind, is moreso to make a song, with the same beat, with women's voices, letting men know that we ARE NOT anxiously awaiting seeing their dick, but seeing their intelligence, respect, divinity, masculinity, chivalry, and love. U know?? It SHOULDN'T BE NASTY OR VIOLENT, the nasty bitches are already recording over that beat.
It's not for the people who The Whisper Song is for, it's for the people the song has hurt and damaged. The truth shames the devil.

I just wanted to add on real quick. The house hold usually either has classic Hip Hop, Break Beats or House music playing. I was changing a tape in the car (yup I said TAPE) and a brief snippet of the ‘whisper song’ was playing before I got to the next tape. Imagine my surprise when I heard my son in the back seat sing along with the part of the song ‘wait to you see my’ (luckily he heard the edit). I know that he isn’t growing up in a bubble. He goes to public school and such. Yet he is SIX. You hear that song all over the radio all times of day. Remember when you didn’t hear the real X rated songs until like after 12 on weekends? And some you NEVER heard on the radio (i.e. 2 Live Crew). You just heard them if you brought the record. And not for nothing….they can’t even get LYRICAL with their X rated-ness.

In it's current state, hip-hop music, culture, the artists and fans seem to be specializing in a "how low can you go" game with one another. I used to believe that this continuing corruption and destruction of hip-hop music and culture was soley based on the mad dash for money, but now I believe that the majority of hip-hop artists and fans like/love the current state of hip-hop. There is no other explanation, people in hip-hop are working too hard to be the worst they can be instead of the best. I can no longer buy the excuse that these kids come from the "streets" and they don't know any better, that's bullshit!!! These kids know exactly what they're doing.
Yes, you are absolutely right, the "Wait" song and it's numerous remixes are painful, brainless, and completely lacking in imaginaton, but the remixes just represent how hip-hop artists are more willing to go along for the ride. I hate to say it, but we should expect more songs like this. Quite frankly, R. Kelly's "In The Closet" is not as explict, but just as offensive, brainless, and lacking in creativity. If everyone is cheating, why is anybody angry? The song makes no sense.
The Source and XXL have both issued special "incarcerated" issues - SHYNE a political prisoner?! The history professor in me also keeled over at that story. There are Black panthers and activists locked up for trying to help black folks and this fool shoots up a club and he's a political prisoner? Tony Yayo gets a cover story because he's a felon? I've stopped buying The Source after their jail issue and I have dropped XXL for the same reason. I thought the soft porn dime pieces were bad, but the "time I got shot" reflections and "I'm bad because I'm felon" pieces made me sick.
It's the contradictions in hip-hop that kill, brothers are upset and offended when the police and the government label them as thugs and sexual predators, but they turn around and embrace these same stereotypes in hip-hop. What's scary is I don't know what to do anymore to help them, the carrot at the end of the hip-hop stick is just too fat and juicy.
What is even more frightening is the willingness of so many sistas to follow these same brothers down the garden path. I had to turn the 2005 BET Awards off. Too many people were embarrassing and way past ghetto. Looking at Remy Martin made me depressed. What is she doing? She has the skills to rap/freestyle and write her own rhymes and instead she wants to look like a video ho. Representing one of two female rap artists getting a major release within the next few months, Remy clearly is not going to be "the one" to lead female mcs from the hip-hop margins. She clearly prefers to look like a Lil' Kim clone before the plastic surgery. Is that next on the agenda? Free, Vita, and LaLa seem to be on their way to get more opportunities to set women back another decade.
And talking about setting back, Karrine Steffans "book" is horrifying. She claims to tell a cuationary tale about the "business" but what you get is a glorified version of her exploits. Folks in hip-hop who don't read at all will read that trash. And a lot of young women will follow her path, believing that they are and will be smarter.
People don't change with something to force them to reflect and change. Hip-Hop defnitiely needs that something.

What's even funnier is that he probably took time to think of that. Anyway, I understand your frustration. As a father, I have to change the station every time it comes on, not only because it's wack, but because I probably have my daughters around, and they can't hear that kind of shit, even toned down for radio (at least the first radio version with the 'ohh' sounds, the second one 'wait till I show you this' isn't as bad) However, I also can't buy my daughters Missy Elliott's album because she has a song about licking a guy's 'magic stick.' AND (not by any means meant as a defense of the Twinz) strip club music is a real mini-genre. There have been many songs that I didn't listen to or like until I happened to be in a strip club in the ATL, when I lived there,(LA strip clubs are wack) and these songs came on. Is it the Twinz fault that their little niche got some backing?
by the way, wow Free, talk about shedding your good girl image! This might backfire for her. I hope it doesn't, we need more female representation in hip hop, but I also think we need more positive representation in hip hop. I mean, everybody gotta do what they gotta do I guess (or so it's said), but at some point you have to realize that: 1. there aren't that many female rappers, 2. Hip hop is the most dominant culture in the world for really everybody, but definitely everybody 40 and under. Which means that if all the females are talking about the same shit, then the little girls are all gonna grow up talking that same shit. By no means am I enforcing or condoning the double standard which exists that says that men in music can say anything they want and women can't, all I'm saying is that there aren't that many females in the business that are making a lot of noise (I know there are many female hip hoppers, but we're talking about who the establishment picks and chooses to be "large" because that's who kids see the most and have the most access too) so kids by default look up to the ones that do make a lot of noise in the business. AND if they are all saying "I fucked this nigga, made him eat my pussy," etcetera, then little girls all over will think that's cool and that's the way things should be. Even MJ said her most influential teacher was the MC, has anything changed since she was a kid? Yeah, it's gotten even bigger. The MC doesn't only teach those who seek out hip hop, he/she teaches everyone. Anyway, I'm getting long-fingered (instead of long winded).
